Do you feel anxious or panicky? Do you wake up in the wee hours worrying and feeling fearful? You’re not alone. I specialize in helping people who live with anxiety, phobias of various kinds or just a general sense that something’s not right in their lives.
Many of my clients are people who are successful at work but who feel empty inside. Some people might call it ‘social anxiety disorder’ or ‘post traumatic stress disorder’ (PTSD), but I prefer not to think in terms of disorders. What’s important is not finding a label but finding the best way to re-connect you with the source of your inner peace, joy and creativity.
I offer some easy to learn techniques which many people find reduce their anxiety right away. For the symptoms of post-traumatic stress and the anxiety that often develops around difficult memories I often find that EMDR can help you move fast through problems that keep cropping up.
